Shoulder Strengthening – Internal Rotation at 90°
Attach elastic band to a secure object directly behind you at shoulder height. Stand with shoulder abducted to 90 degrees and elbow bent at 90 degrees as pictured. Rotate your forearm forward while keeping your shoulder abducted.
Shoulder Strengthening – Internal Rotation at 90°
Return to starting position in a slow and controlled manner. This is an exercise that we will increase in speed as you feel more comfortable. Perform 2 sets of 15 repetition of this exercise.
