Shoulder Strengthening – External Rotation at 90°
Attach elastic band to a secure object at floor height. Stand with shoulder abducted to 90 degrees and elbow bent at 90 degrees as pictured. Rotate your forearm backwards while keeping your shoulder abducted as someone is supporting your elbow.

Return to starting position in a slow and controlled manner. This is an exercise that we will focus on the negative. Perform 2 sets of 15 repetition of this exercise.
