Standing with tubing behind you at shoulder height grip both ends of tubing with it lying on the outside of your shoulders.
Shoulder Strengthening -Dynamic Hug
Perform a bear hug motion while extending arms out as if you were jabbing. Pause and return tubing slowly and controlled. Perform 2 sets of 15 repetition of this exercise.
