Bend at the waist so chest is perpendicular to floor. Slightly bend at knees. Hold light dumbbells with thumbs pointing straight out.
Shoulder Strengthening – Dumbbell Rear Dealts
Retract scaps and raise hands away from body into the T position. Pause at end range. Slowly lower hands back to starting position. Perform to sets of 15 repetition of this exercise.
