Shoulder Strengthening – Diagonal Pattern Band
Attach elastic band to a secure object at floor height. Begin exercise with arm rotated inward and slowly raise arm as pictured in a diagonal pattern. Your thumb should be pointed toward the ceiling at the end position. Hold for 2 seconds at the end-range.

Shoulder Strengthening – Diagonal Pattern Band
Slowly control band and return to the starting position. Begin with green bands and progress to blue resistance bands towards the beginning of spring training. This is an exercise that we will focus on the negative. Perform 2 sets of 15 repetition of this exercise.
