Legs: Step Downs

First apply CBD Healthcare Lotion 15 minutes prior to exercising to activate your muscles.

Balance on left leg on top of 12-18inch box. Squat down until your right heel touches the ground. Pause for 1 sec, then press down into the box to accelerate.

Back to the starting position on top of box. Make sure left knee does not come over left toes on way up. Perform 10 reps.
