Lying on your side with arm directly in front of body, hand toward the legs. Use your other arm, grab at wrist to rotate arm gently toward the ground. Lower the arm until a slight stretch is felt in the shoulder. This stretch should not be ‘PAINFUL’. Perform this stretch for 30 seconds.
With elbow fixed in front of body, rotate hand toward your head. Gently push hand toward the ground until slight stretch is felt. This stretch should not be ‘PAINFUL’. Perform this stretch for 30 seconds.
