Lying on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor. Rotate hips up so low back is flat to ground. Trap the medball between both calfs and hamstrings. Place hands behind your head.

Crunch elbows toward your knees and have them touch in the middle. Breathe out! Toes pointed to the sky. Hold for 1 second. Then slowly return back to the ground. Perform 10-20 reps.
