Lying on your back with arms extended over head, holding the medball. Left leg straight, right knee bent with foot flat on the floor (keeps low back flat). Breathe out as you bring medball to meet the left foot directly over your torso.

Pause for 1 second. Slowly lower your left leg. Repeat for 10 reps. Then switch to your right leg straight and left knee bent. Build toward perform 10 – 20 reps each side.
