Lie on your right side with hips, knees and feet stacked in the bent knee position. Your heels should be in line with your spine. Place left hand on the floor in front of you to stabilize.

Engage your abs and raise your left hip up as far you can without rotating your bottom knee or ankle off the floor. Hold for 1 seconds while squeezing your glutes at top of the range. Slowly lowering your left knee back to the stacked position. Perform 10-30 reps on each side.
