Look at floor in front of hands to keep neck in neutral position. COW: inhale, draw your naval toward your spine. Tip pelvis forward and lift your tail bone. Extend neck so it is looking at ceiling. Create a U shape with back.
CAT – Exhale, tuck your tail bone and round your back like and angry cat. Continue to draw navel in. Curl your neck down so you are looking at navel. The flexion of spine goes from lumbar to cervical region. Hold each positon for 5 seconds and rotate back and forth for 10 reps.
