Fix a band to a stationary object and the other side of loop, just above the left knee joint. Step back to create the tension in the band. Relax, let the band pull your knee forward slightly and come up on your left toe.
Contract your quad and drive your left heel into the floor. Hold for 1 sec and release slowly back to the flexed knee position. Perform 20 reps on both legs.
