Stand with feet just outside hip width, feet pointed straight ahead. Slowly bend at the waist and reach for your right foot until you feel a slight stretch. Breahte out as you move downward under control. Grab your right foot with your left on the ankle.
Have a slight bend in the knee or soft straight. Hold right side for 15 seconds. Then walk your hands over to your left foot and breathe and hold for 15 seconds. Grab left ankel with right hand. Repeat 2 times.
