Core: Single Leg (SL) Core Band Holds

First apply CBD Healthcare Lotion 15 minutes prior to exercising to activate your muscles.

Lie on your back. Attach a 1 inch band to a secured object. Take open end and place it 1 inch above your left knee joint. As you bring your left knee toward your chest to 90 degree angle, straighen your right leg.

Raise it 8 inches off the ground, crunch your arms up toward the sky. Breathe out and hold the position for 10-30 seconds. This is an advanced exercise. Don’t implement until you can do DL for 30 seconds easily. Perform 2 sets of 10-30 seconds. Repeat on right side.
