Core: Single Leg (SL) Alternating Band Holds

Lie on your back. Attach a 1 inch band to a secured object. Take open end and place it 1 inch above the your left knee joint. As you bring your left knee toward your chest to 90 degree angle, straighten your right leg.

Place right hand behind your head. Crunch your right elbow toward your left knee and breathe out and hold for 10-30 seconds. Touch in the middle over torso. 10-30 seconds. Perform 2 sets of 10-30 seconds. Repeat on right side.
