Start by lying on your back, knees bent and heels on the ground. Toes point to the sky. While driving your right leg into the floor, straighten your left leg and breath out. Raise your hips up so that your leg knee are the same height as right knee.

Hold this position for 1 second. Slowly lower your hips until buttocks touch the floor. Perform 10 reps on each leg.
