Core: Alternating Band Crunch

First apply CBD Healthcare Lotion 15 minutes prior to exercising to activate your muscles.

Lying on your back attach a 1 inch band to a secured object. Take open end and place it 1 inch above your left knee joint. As you bring your left knee toward your chest to 90 degree angle, bend your right leg. Place right hand behind your head.

Crunch your right elbow toward your left knee and breathe out and pause for 1 second. Touch in the middle over torso. Then return left foot and right shoulder back to ground. 10-30 seconds. Perform 2 sets of 10-20 reps. Repeat on opposite side.
